A: Every move is different. Let
us know the city and state from which you are moving, to the city and state you are
moving to, as well as your name, address and telephone number, and we will phone you with
an approximate cost.Q: Do you have
any finance plans?
A: We accept Visa, Master Charge, American Express and Discover.
Q: Will you pack my household items?
A: We can customize your move by packing all of your items or any
selected items.
Q: Can I pack any of my own belongings?
A: Yes you can. This is an excellent way to economize your move. However,
make sure you ask your sales estimator how your pricing affects any valuation protection
you purchase.
Q: Do you supply boxes for the move?
A: We carry a full size range of specialty boxes that are designed for
moving your items.
Q: How long will it take to move me?
A: Typically we reserve one day for packing ( if needed ) and one day for
loading. For an exact time schedule, please provide us with your origin and destination
and we will phone you with an estimate.
Q: If my home is not ready can you store
my items until I'm ready?
A: Yes. Ask us about our special storage service. Full value protection,
climate controlled warehouse and fire and burglar Protection.
Q: How much time does North American need
to arrange my moving services?
A: Typically between two and four weeks. To ensure your move is smooth
and without delay, please contact us four weeks prior to your planned moving date.
Q: Are my items insured while they are
being moved?
A: Yes. We offer two excellent plans to protect your items during your
